Fingerprint Scanning Requirements

1. Clear Fingerprints
   - Fingers must be clean, not too dry or oily.
   - Avoid scanning if fingers are scarred or injured.
2. Good Lighting
   - Use bright, natural light (no shadows) for mobile scans.
3. Supported Device or Scanner
   - Use the recommended app or scanner.
   - Make sure your phone or computer supports it.
4. Camera Quality (for mobile)
   - Use a phone with a clear camera (8MP or more works best).
5. Age Requirement
   - Best for children aged 18 months and above, when fingerprint ridges are clearer.

Once your fingerprint scan is completed and the report is generated, no refunds are given because the process is personalized and non-reversible.
